The primary bedroom is quite spacious and the impact resistant window is 3 years old. The roof is 8 years old and A/C and hot water heater are both 3 years old. Reserved parking space and many guest parking spots are available. There is onsite laundry next door to the unit and a private storage closet for additional storage. Pets, either 1 dog, OR 2 cats, up to 35 lbs are welcome with approval and 90 day rentals are also permissible with application and approval.
