Venture a bit further afield to Island Grill or the brand new hotel with incredible rooftop bar and dining! Want to hit the 'big city'? Downtown St. Pete is a 15 minute drive. St. Pete Beach and Pass A Grille are also just fifteen minutes drive. No wonder Holiday Island is such a favorite for holiday makers! Built in 1990 as a vacation resort property, short-term rentals with a minimum term of one night are allowed. The resort amenities include a beautiful 500+ feet of waterfront with incredible views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. There is a observation dock on the waterfront for communal use that includes BBQ grills and picnic tables. There is a large, waterfront, geo-thermally heated pool. In addition, there are two lighted tennis courts; a clubhouse; fitness center; billiards table; community laundry; kayak and bike storage; and a small marina with one transient/day dock available. E-59 is an upstairs unit enjoying a lovely water and pool view from the balcony and living room window. It was fully remodeled shortly after it was purchased by current owners in 2016, to include a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded lighting, and exceptionally durable and very water-resistant vinyl-click flooring throughout. New televisions, furnishings and various 'bits and bobs' have also been added since then to make this rental property your perfect 'home away from home.' There is no restriction as to Owner Stays. Indeed there are some full-time residents! Only Owners may have one small pet. Reservations are already in place for 2021!
