Cultivating individuality
At Bahia Realty Group, we often sell houses that are part of planned developments and master communities throughout Tampa Bay. While neighbourhoods that are planned have many advantages, they can often look a bit “synthetic” at first, as all the buildings are built in a similar style, often by the same architect/designer.
Don’t be put off by this. This sameness will vanish before long, and the key way to putting some individuality into your property is with the garden. I remember seeing a housing development with a series of retirement units. At first, they looked identical. Within a couple of years, each had its own character thanks to the garden– one was bedded out with pansies and other annuals in nearly every square inch of space, another had deck chairs and a barbecue, another had a rockery and decorative grasses.
